C25K® 5K Run Trainer & Coach app good for

I love it. It really managed to turn me from a disabled runner, 45 old, overweight, getting athma to an 2x 8 mn runner. I am in the fifth week and i am so proud of me. And it is not finished!!!
Very useful! If you want to start running, this is the App you need!
I recommend this app for people that wants to start running, it has a 9 weeks program with 3 workouts per week, you should use it along with a gps tracker app like runkeeper
The app is great for beginners like myself, who used to wonder whether is possible! Works beautifully =)
good timer well chosen intervalls even for people who can already run 5k
Highly recommended! Now it is time to start the next app 10K for Pink Free!

Some bad moments

Not bad. Simple app. Ads are annoying - some have the close x button, but that just takes you to the App Store anyway. When playing a spotify list, the app lowers the volume as if to interject, but the sound is so quiet as to be inaudible. You have to keep getting the phone out of your pocket to check whats going on. Annoying. No calorie counter, pedometer or value add features. Looks like a fast, contract developed app to cash in on a fad. Do not expect developer to update significantly.
