Great combo of structure and flexibility
I love the way the program sets up your workouts so that you gradually build up and therefore avoid getting frustrated or injured. It takes the guesswork out of increasing your fitness. By the same token, if you notice that your body is telling you youre overdoing it, you can always go backward in the progression and build up more slowly. Great balance between a structure that pushes you to move forward, but the ability to listen to your body so that you dont overdo it! My only complaint would be that sometimes the voice cues repeat. Certainly not a big deal, but it is a little annoying.
