This is my second day using this app. Ive never ran before... And Im not exactly running. More like a very slow job. Im 240lbs and I should probably be 100lbs less. I chose this app to help me lose the weight because Ive heard so many great things.
Really good app for beginners who want to run a 5K in 2-3 months. If you stick to the prescribed plan in this app, you are sure to get there. The one thing you need to adjust yourself is the speed of the run to get to 5K within your target time, as the app does not guide you on that.

For me running has always been very difficult, yet something I aspire to do. Not just for the physical benefits but emotional and spiritual benefits as well. C25K helps to make my running goals more manageable especially after long periods of not running due to the chaos of life. Grateful for this app!
Super easy to use. Tells you when to walk in when to run! Nice to not have to check a stopwatch all the time.
I said it all in the title. Just start. You dont have to progress with the programs schedule. You can stay on day 1 as long as you need to just keep going. This app taught me I like running after years of hating it. Even throughout college basketball. Now, at 30 I can say I am a runner.
My friend talked me into running a 5k this summer. I started this app just in to time be ready for it and I love this app! Its my daily cardio. I repeat days so I can get 5 days a week in.

I really enjoy this app! Ive never been a long distance runner (even when I was in shape, I was only able to sprint short distances #SOFTBALL!! ;)!). Now trying to get back in shape, and this app really allows me to pace myself the way I need. The ding from walking to running and vis versa is my goal throughout the daily run! The only thing I noticed is that you have to keep the app open (dont lock your phone) the duration of your run. Other wise it glitches and wont tell you when to stop walking or running or when your half way. Before I figured that out I ran for 4 minutes instead of 1 minute and ended up doing 3 extra miles because it didnt tell me when I was half way. But other than that I love the C25K app!
One of the best free apps Ive ever downloaded! Actually got me running agin after several year hiatus. Love how I can navigate my music apps while its going, keeping me going!!

Def a middle aged not so active mom . Decides to start C25k when I weighed more than ever and kids run and are active . Ran 2 5k ( well jogged quickly) and found that its good. I listen to my favorite music on pandora and run/walk. "A body in motion stays in motion " so true! My daughter runs and she says she likes to "Earn her shower" so its my Mantra now and its a good motivation phrase! So get out there!! Get in C25k motion
This app was really good to motivate me to get into running, plan to use the 10k soon after I get a little faster! Easy to use, really loved this app!
