Awesome!

Really great way to get into a program and get yourself moving. Highly recommended for anyone that is currently doing NOTHING. Time to make a change and make yourself feel better.

Ive been recommended this app by many friends throughout the world and in a society where being fit and healthy is a priority but not everyone has the time or finances for a traditional gym, C25K is a wonderful concept. I used to be much more active in my teen years but once I got into my 20s I stagnated and became very much of a couch potato. I only just did the first session, and since I am quite out of shape it was a bit difficult for me but I pushed through it and now afterward my entire body is rushing with endorphins and I cant wait to see and feel the results I get when I complete this program!

Made me a Runner

This app is a great way to get into running. I have never been a runner and I managed to make my way to the very end.

Great App to get back in shape

This is a great app to help individuals get back in shape. I am on week two and the structured workouts help keep me on track. I wish there was a landscape mode for the treadmill but I cant complain for a great free app.

Not too shabby

I hate running but this app makes it easier for me to get out to run AND stay on track.

The app is good, but...

This app is helping me leave my sedentary lifestyle, but I dont get the audio notifications if Im not in the app. I wish this app could function in the background. Once, I had the app open, but turned the screen off to save my battery and it would just send visual alerts. If Im not looking at the phone, I dont know when to run or walk.

Fantastic!

This app gives me the tool I need to reach my running goals, no matter how big or small. Its easy to use and easy to love! Its great that the app offers different skins. I like the muted colors much better than the bright ones.

I love running now!

I thought I was always going to be one of those people who hate running, but with the help of this ap, I have learned that it can be a part of my routine that I love! I was able to run a few 5ks after this which I never wouldve attempted before. So grateful for this ap.

Helped me lose 40lbs in 12 months

The C25K app gave me the direction I needed to go from walking to running my first 5K. The increments are challenging, but manageable. It becomes a competition with yourself to push harder. Youll feel accomplished after each week you complete. Along with changing my diet and sleep habits, this app helped me lose 40lbs in one year. Definitely recommend!

So far so good!

So I ran for the first time in probably 20 years tonight, and I didnt die! Its challenging, but I never felt like I couldnt do it. Will update a little farther in.

Makes me want to run!

This app is great and really pushed me to want to run! The workouts are great and have helped me improve my overall lifestyle. I recommend this app to anyone!

Made it fun to run

Ive never been much of a fan of running but somebody recommended this app to me and it helped out a lot.

Takes away the focus on the clock

This app lets you listen to your own music or not and a very pleasant voice tells you when its time to walk and run. I really enjoy it! I also like how it incrementally increase his difficulty so running never feels too hard.

So helpful

I just ran a 5k had to pause a lot because I got cramps and out of breath but now I have not finished the program yet but I have seen improvements no cramps and I can run mostly without pausing
