Thanks to this I have gotten back into running and completed my first 5K run after an almost 20 year break. Very good for non-athletic and lazy people. It feels good to get moving again! Thanks!

I ve used 5krunner for about 5 months and ive just discovered this app recently and liked it much better. The interface is great and very readable compared to 5k which is just different shades of yellow. The voice is hummed but since i run on the treadmill its the way it shows what you have to do with different colours is all that matters. Thanks!

Trying to get back into my pre-kids body. Week 2 and I still hate running, just a little bit less
My only quibble with it is that it doesnt always work when I play music. Sometimes it starts off fine, but then stops giving me cues after a few minutes. Ive just stopped listening to music when I use it. Other than that, though, its great and does exactly what it says it does.
Love the app. Easy to use and keeps you on track!
Great app. We love week one, moving on to week two without cheating is hard, so we often keep redoing certain days until we can get through without cheating. Even slow progress is better than no progress.
