I struggle with the willpower to push myself when working out. C25K gives me a fail proof system that keeps me engaged and moving. Ive seen improvements in my running technique and stamina and I am finally enjoying running.

Its very easy to follow along with, gives a little notification with a voice that tells you when to start running or start walking, puts a little check mark next to each completed run, and you can preview upcoming runs. Highly recommend for anyone trying to ease back into running.
Starting new year (2017) a day early. I want to wake up March 1,2017 and say I kept exercising consistently without stopping. This app was great on my first day today. Voice guidance telling you when to start walking and start jogging as well as how far into the routine and how much you have left to go is GREAT! A very nice app

Week one finished and it was easier than expected. I really like this app and cant believe it was free. No ads. My favorite feature is the ability to switch over to another screen but to still receive voice prompts on when to run, walk, etc. Thank you!
I absolutely love C25K!!! Used it a couple years ago to train for my first 5k. Being the girl who threw up every day at summer track practice (my Dad was the coach!), I never thought I would take up running again in my late 40s. But, I did with the help of this app!! Thanks!!

I usually train myself to get back into the swing of running. Its nice having a quantifiable program to help out. Just wished it would "talk" to me when Im in Spotify switching songs.

This will be the second time Im using this app. I used it once a few years ago and was able to do a 5k in great time. I have since made excuses and am needing it again. But I know I will be back to doing 5ks again!
