I love it. It really managed to turn me from a disabled runner, 45 old, overweight, getting athma to an 2x 8 mn runner. I am in the fifth week and i am so proud of me. And it is not finished!!!

I recommend this app for people that wants to start running, it has a 9 weeks program with 3 workouts per week, you should use it along with a gps tracker app like runkeeper

Not bad. Simple app. Ads are annoying - some have the close x button, but that just takes you to the App Store anyway. When playing a spotify list, the app lowers the volume as if to interject, but the sound is so quiet as to be inaudible. You have to keep getting the phone out of your pocket to check whats going on. Annoying. No calorie counter, pedometer or value add features. Looks like a fast, contract developed app to cash in on a fad. Do not expect developer to update significantly.
Good App for Beginners. From Zero to 5K in really 8 weeks. I was critical at beginning but it works really! Now I am a totally running Fan.
Really good app, recommend it to anyone who wants to start running. In order to commit to doing the workouts i recommend rewarding yourself if you do the workouts. For example: i will only play if i do my bidaily workout. Good luck!
