This app is one of the best things to happen to us out-of-shape slobs ;)
Its is very cool it shows a complete schedule for a couch 2 5k and it says the halfway mark and the last minute of your workout but its missing the gps to track your distance. But what do you want its free

I desperately needed to be able and zone out listening to my music but still get cues for c25k training. This app is perfect!

Start with a walk? Ok. Then a bit of running. Whoa. Not too much (this is supposed to be fun, remember?). Walk again. And on it goes, intermittent jogging so you can get into it like a couch potato gets in to most things: gradually (and loving it)!
Love this app! Simple and works great! I just wish it works with my Apple Watch so it will automatically go into my Activities and Health App.

Using this app to train for a 5k. I would have given it a 5 star if it tracked my pace as well.
I was literally a couch potato. I thought running wasnt for me. A friend recommended this app. I follow every training session. It is really easy to follow. It challenges you little by little and your body starts getting stronger. I was amazed, if you do the work as the app tell you. You will be running 5k in 8 weeks. I even took a few more extra days of recovery sometimes if my body really needed it. Im going for the 10k next ;)
This app has worked to get me running - even better than live clinics. Love that it integrates my own music, instructions are clear.
Its really great for beginner runners and has helped me a lot. Now I have to just work at concurring my fears of running in public
This is the second time Ive used this app! I love it! Fantastic and easy way to both lose weight and get in shape! I highly recommend it!
I really like this app. Really like it. I am currently on week 6 day 1, and it is really working for me. I was sedentary with a desk job and now I just ran for 20 minutes straight. My problem is with the pop ups. They are AWFUL. They pop up over the entire screen so you cant see how much time is left. While running I try to "x" out the ad which brings me to another ad....until I have to hit my home key to close the app and re-open it. All while running. Very frustrating. I would give this five stars if not for the pop ups.
